As a firm believer that our mind-body connection is the most important part of our health, he maintains that we can cure many of our common modern ailments through a body-focused approach.
Having studied for several years under yoga gurus at home and abroad, Julian combines his love of ancient spirituality with his keen interest in psychology to develop well-rounded exercise routines that are backed by the latest research. He hopes to help his clients manage stress, anxiety, trauma, and relieve chronic pain through the joys of somatic yoga. In his free time, Julian enjoys sailing, CrossFit, and reading a good book.
